Bone Broth Chicken Soup
Here in Wisconsin we have had below freezing temperatures lately which chills you down to the bone! The best way to warm up is with a nice bowl of chicken soup. This version uses bone broth which adds extra protein and nutrients to help you ward off any seasonal illnesses coming your way. Double this to freeze and save for a later date. Don’t forget to make some fresh focaccia bread to go with and soak up all that yummy broth! Enjoy!

Recipe Tips!
- When shredding chicken, use a kitchen aid or hand mixer to make the job fast & easy!
- In place of bone broth, you could use regular chicken broth or better than bouillon
- My favorite potatoes for this recipe are Yukon gold but you can use whatever you have in your kitchen
- Want to cut down on cook time? Buy a rotisserie chicken from the store and add in at the end!
