Best Salmon Ever
This recipe has turned my seafood hating husband into someone who asks for salmon every week! You will feel like you’ve stepped into a high end restaurant after making this crusted salmon dish.
Ingredients
Directions

Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees

On a cutting board, place salmon and slather top with dijon mustard
3.
In a small bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan, lemon zest, olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper
4.
Place breadcrumb mixture on top of salmon filets and press down
5.
Spray air fryer with cooking spray and place salmon inside
6.
Cook for 10- 15 mins or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
7.
Serve with veggies over rice or mashed potatoes
Recipe Tips!
- Using a meat thermometer is the best way to make sure you don’t under or over cook your salmon
- If you would like you can use melted butter instead of olive oil in your breadcrumb mixture
