Balsamic Chicken
Balsamic Chicken
I discovered this balsamic chicken recipe shortly after Collin & I started dating. It quickly became the most requested thing to have with a big fat salad. This makes the juiciest and most flavorful chicken you’ve ever had! An added plus is it will make your house smell like a restaurant 😉
Ingredients
Directions
1.
With a mallet or rolling pin, flatten the chicken breasts so they are thin and even
2.
In a shallow bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, oil, Italian seasoning, garlic, honey, salt & pepper. Mix well
3.
Add chicken and coat evenly
4.
Cover and let sit in fridge for at least 15 mins
5.
Heat your skillet on medium-high
6.
Add chicken to skillet and sear for a couple mins each side
7.
Cover & let cook, turning a couple times until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
8.
Slice & serve!
Recipe Tips!
- Serve this alone or over your favorite salad
- We prefer chicken breast but you can always use thighs if that is what you have on hand
- This marinade also makes an awesome salad dressing
