Who we are

Comments and accounts

The WordPress draft said we collect comment-form data, IP addresses, and browser details for spam detection, and that we may send an email hash to Gravatar. This site does not have comments, user accounts, or a login, so we do not collect that.

Media

The WordPress draft warned visitors not to upload photos with location data. Visitors cannot upload images here. Photos on the site are ones we placed on the pages.

Cookies

The WordPress draft described comment cookies, a login check cookie, and a "Remember Me" cookie. None of those are set here.

The plan cart and the recipe ingredient checklist stay in this browser only. They are not sent to us until you choose to pay.

Paying for a plan opens Stripe Checkout. Stripe may set its own cookies during that checkout and collects the email and payment details it needs to charge the card and send a receipt. Stripe's policy is at https://stripe.com/privacy.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (for example videos, images, or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with

The WordPress draft said a password-reset email would include your IP address. There is no account password to reset. If you buy a plan, the payment is shared with Stripe so they can process it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we retain your data

The WordPress draft said comments are kept indefinitely and that registered users have a profile. We do not store comments or profiles. Stripe keeps the payment record for a purchase. Mail you send to Collin@kruger.farm stays in that mailbox.

What rights you have over your data

You can email Collin@kruger.farm to ask what we hold about you and to ask us to erase it. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Payment records live with Stripe.

Where your data is sent

The WordPress draft said visitor comments may be checked by a spam service. We do not take comments. Checkout data is sent to Stripe. The contact link opens your own email app to Collin@kruger.farm and is not submitted to a form on this site.
