Kruger Farm plans are digital files, delivered as a download after Stripe Checkout. All sales of those downloads are final. We do not refund a plan once it has been purchased.
If a file is broken or won't download, email Collin@kruger.farm and we'll resend a working copy. That is a replacement, not a refund.
